London : Day 1

After 3 fantastic days in London I’m finally back with this very exciting article. If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen many of the pictures I posted everyday. I feel like there was a lot of food but I couldn’t resist. It was too tempting.

We arrived on June 28th morning and we walked around the gigantic but still beautiful Hyde Park. We couldn’t do much as we were stuck with luggages until afternoon. After checking in, we were finally able to shop around and visit some places like Buckingham Palace but with the rainy weather it was disappointing. We managed to travel in the Tube safely and made it out every time at the right place. My first impression was “Even better than I expected”. I only had a small souvenir of London when I came 3 years ago. I think that London is one of those cities where you have to see so much more outside of downtown not like Paris.

Girls To Follow On Instagram

Instagram is by far one of my favorite social media platform because of the variety of communities who reunite in this one place to share their passion, their art work or simply their day to day photos. It’s became a place full of imagination where the beauty of photography have all its meaning.

Instagram and I have long story with ups and downs but at the end of the day, I’m stuck on my phone checking my feed because just like Twitter, I feel like there’s so much going there that if I miss a day, I’m missing everything. Besides, I think it’s so satisfying to look back at your own feed and see that you’ve posted great pictures with a good edit that took 5 minutes to choose but it was worth it.

My Interior Design : Industrial

When I think about my dream house, the image that automatically comes in my mind is this old factory transformed into a wide open loft. The space would be filled with industrial furniture, with either wooden floor or concrete everywhere. Often white, black and silver, I imagine lots of plants and large windows to bring the light in, it’s what I envy the most about those lofts. As for the bedroom, I could never see myself sleeping in a plane white room with white sheets and curtains so of course the bed, which is the master piece, would be full of multicolor pillows surrounded by lanterns, a very large colorful carpet to contrast the neutral floor and finally plenty of picture hanging on the wall.

6 Things You Should Never Do In Paris

As a Parisian for more than 13 years, I think I’ve explored almost every bit of Paris from the touristy places to the secret ones. Paris is one of the most beautiful and attractive city, architecture wise but also cultural wise. If you plan to visit Paris soon, you won’t be disappointed (maybe by the weather). Every street is a path to another breath taking place. However, don’t be fool by the good impression everything give you. Just like other big cities around the world, you better carefully look around. just giving 5 most important reminders you need to write down before coming. It’s nothing that you don’t know already but just a little reminder…

Interior Design : New In My Purse

After a week off studying and concentrating on myself, I’m back with a completely different topic : Interior design. I always had this passion for creating and decorating but more than that, putting together and matching different furniture, color, pattern is fascinating to me.

In my early days in high school, never have I thought that one day I would create a blog to share my likes and dislikes to unknown people only thanks to my laptop. Never have I thought that I would grow such a big passion for writing and creating contents, montages… It helped me to figure out my way to university even if I chose business, which is another passion of mine. I believe that you shouldn’t be afraid to develop your thoughts into realities because sometimes, even the smallest ideas can make the biggest hits.

Travel Beauty Essentials

When it comes to traveling, packing is always the worst part. I never know what to bring, what not to, what’s necessary… On the plane or on the train, I prefer to carry my essentials so it keeps me occupied, especially on long travels.

The first thing that’s primordial for me are vitamins. I’m just one of those person who can’t sleep and then I feel so drained and tired. Vitamins keep me energized and at least a little bit awake to get to my hotel. During a travel, I watch movies, play games but by the time I’m done, I look like a mess and my skin gets dry. I’ll usually go for a hydrating mask that I leave for about 10 minutes, then I moisturize and finish by a very fresh/natural makeup.

My Instagram Week #5

Those past two weeks have gone so fast and it’s already back to school time for me. During those two weeks, I’ve been thinking a lot about future articles and I went to few places to help me out… On my instagram there’re couple of previews, so guess what’s coming and you’ll see the answer in couple of weeks. And yes I know I post a lot of food pics but when you’re a food lover like me, I can’t help it.

Wherever you live I hope you had a great week, a beautiful weather since it literally snowed in Paris I’m not kidding. But the thing is it didn’t even snow enough to actually see it in the streets, 10 minutes of big snowflakes and then done wtf ? It’s not fair ! Everyone went crazy on snapchat with this weird weather… And talking about snapchat, I’m wondering what were we doing before the filters. It changed the entire game, like now you can’t go though your snapchat feed without seeing someone with a filter on. It’s so funny tho. Anway don’t forget to follow me on Instagram for more and yes I’m trying a new way of editing, what do you think ? Continue reading “My Instagram Week #5”

Follow Me In Normandy

Another article, another trip. France is one of the most beautiful country in the world in my opinion and there are so many different landscapes to explore. 2 years ago I had the pleasure to visit Normandy, a city in North-West where I got to discover a little bit more about the history of this unbelievable place. Paris is not the only city in France to visit. Going to Normandy was like being in another world. It’s so peaceful.

First, we visited a museum dedicated to the World War 2 where we got to see soldier’s armaments, fighter planes and some real footage of the landings with testimonies… It was very interesting to know what happened with people who tell their story and what they’ve been through during the war. Then we went to the Normandy American cemetery and memorial located next to Omaha Beach where we walked to after. We spent most of our time on this beautiful beach where we had amazing moments, laughed and took tonnes of pictures to remember of. One of the most incredible trip ever I wanted to share with you.

My Instagram Week #4

Another week has gone so fast and it’s almost holidays in 2 weeks ! Oh guys… A lot happened this week for me. How can I resume it ? WALLET LOST. This has never happened to me, like ever ! I’m so upset because it was my birthday gift 2 years ago from my best friend. Besides that I had all my cards (debit card gone of course), ID… You should of seen me when I realized I lost it haha I was basically making that “Come oooooonnnnn…”. However I hung out with my friends, usually we love to end our day by going to a café *french accent*. If you ever come to Paris you’ll realize that you can’t walk in the street without seeing a café, it’s the identity of the city in a way. With my girl friend we stopped by “La Favorite” in a touristy neighborhood so it was more expensive than usual but they made the best chocolate drink !

And you, did you have a great week ?
