Oils have many benefits for us. However for a long time I thought that because my skin and my hair are oily, putting oils on top would make things worse. Apparently I was SO wrong and I’m sure that I wasn’t the only one thinking that .

In fact, depending on what kind of oils you choose, it’s going to have different effect on you. Every oil has an impressive amount of vitamins and the best part is one oil can be use for different purpose so SAVE YOUR MONEY and find out which oil is best for you. Today, I decided to help you out a little by showing you what kind of oil I have and all the benefits :

  • Evening Primrose Oil : It’s rich in fatty acids which is going to keep your nails healthy and prevent them from cracking. Include it in your skin & hair care routine if you have dry skin and dry scalp. In fact, if you have skin problems like eczema and other hair problems, using this oil can help you improve those issues. Like any oils, use it on your hair only the night before your shampoo otherwise your is going to look excessively shiny.
  • Castor Oil : Ok you might know a lot about this one since everyone talk about it and it’s not for nothing. This is the oil you need if you want to stimulate your hair so it grows longer, faster and stronger thanks to omega 9 fatty acids. In addition, you have less split ends and your hair is healthier. It does the same for your eyelashes and eyebrows. Make sure to include it in your skincare routine, and with a q-tip, gently apply the oil.
  • Borage Oil : This oil has anti-aging properties. Borage oil restores the suppleness and the elasticity of your skin, and it tones tired, dry skin. Like the other oils, it’s recommended to apply at night only to keep your moisturized and have a flawless regenerated face in the morning.
  • Almond Oil : This is probably the most well-know beauty aid of all time. This oil has so many benefits since it’s rich in Vitamin E, proteins, potassium and zinc. Surprisingly you can use this oil on babies as well for massages. Vitamin E in almond oil is a natural antioxidant which gives you a smooth and soft skin when it’s regularly used. Besides, this is a natural and effective makeup remover. Gently apply with a cotton pad and rub on your skin. I use it on the ends of my hair after blow drying it. It makes such a big difference and my hair is healthier.
