Chocolate Brownies


Baking is my favorite hobby and every time I enjoy it so much ! It’s been a while since I’ve written my last recipe and I’m glad to share this new brownies one with you. Of course, when it comes to chocolate, the basic brownies are a must-do. It’s a classical recipe that can melt down anyone’s heart. Bake it for your friends, your family and enjoy !


Preparation : 15 min | Cooking : 20 min | 6-7 persons

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 60 g of cake flour
  • salt
  • walnuts


  1. Heat the oven at 180°C/350°F
  2. Melt down the chocolate with the butter
  3. Stir the eggs with the sugar and the honey
  4. Then stir in the flour with the vanilla sugar (or extract) until the mixture is homogeneous
  5. Add the melted chocolate and stir quickly to avoid the eggs to cook
  6. Break out the walnuts into chunks and stir in the mixture
  7. Grease your pan
  8. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven. After 15 minutes, check your brownies by poking a knife in the middle, if it’s cooked the knife should be clear. Let it cool down and it’s ready to serve !
