Nowadays, rare are those who really change the fashion world. In fact, H&M, this suede based company known by everyone released a new campaign and what campaign ! It is not just about beautiful tall slim models posing in front of a camera or walking down the street with their colgate smile. Actually for the first time, in their “Close The Loop” latest campaign, H&M featured a hijab-wearing model Mariah Idrissi as well as pluse-size models, sikh men, an amputee model and more inspiring persons.
It is such a strong and powerful message sent by a fashion company like H&M. It’s a sign of progress, evolution, diversity and more than that, there is a hope of acceptance. In the 21st century so many debates have tear us apart, against each other.
When I watched the campaign video it was overwhelming how true and inspiring the words of the voiceover were. I instantanely realized I had this feeling because how many time have I seen something like that on TV or youtube ? Rarely.
